Carol and her team are amazing. Highly professional, friendly, dedicated and communicative through every part of the financing process. Everything was explained clearly and no one ever made me feel foolish for asking questions and all requests for information were fulfilled within hours. The documentation process was easy and smooth. They went the extra mile to keep our closing on time, even with several last-minute hiccups on the seller’s end. Everything went just as we were told to expect. In such a fast paced housing market, having Carol’s team on our side was a huge asset, especially for first-time home buyers like us.
